Jayden Kuhlman recorded a hat trick as the Owens Community College men’s soccer team defeated Terra Community College 7-0 on Tuesday in the NJCAA Division III Region 12 championship game.

Also scoring for Owens were Greyson Reed (Lake High School graduate), Diakaria Sy, Jaali Peterson (Scott graduate), and Luke Reinhard (Delta graduate).

Goalkeepers Kyan Martin (Southview graduate) and Dino Bottenberg each had one save.

Luke Avers had 15 saves for Terra.

Owens will host a district playoff match on Saturday. The Express will face the winner of Wednesday’s Region 4 final between Wisconsin-Whitewater at Rock County and Joliet (Ill.) Junior College.
