After their rough 26–7 loss to Oklahoma, South Carolina fans have been super vocal about wanting to see offensive coordinator Mike Shula fired. The team’s offense has just been rough all season, but that game was the last straw for many people. The offense struggled big time, and chants of “Fire Shula” echoed through the stadium, which is a clear sign that fans have lost patience. This is especially frustrating since South Carolina is now 3-4 on the season, with a tough road to becoming bowl-eligible.

On October 21th, South Carolina Gamecocks had planned their protest to fire Mike Shula for poor play-calling and ruining LaNorris’ Sellers stock. Then earlier today, Gamecocks insider Noah Chast visited the ‘Fire Shula’ and gave an update about it on X: “ Went to the “fire Shula” protest.
