An undercover police operation took place at a shoplifter-hit Coventry retail park. The Foleshill neighbourhood team say that shop theft is 'still an issue' at the Gallagher retail park.

They reported that shops on the park were being hit last week and, over the past week, the team has carried out another operation to try and put a stop to it. In the team's latest online community update, they said: "Officers were also continuing their hi visibility patrols at the Gallagher retail park. Again we have our police van parked up and officers were interacting with shoppers and giving crime prevention advice.
