A group of 'flying’ Glasgow funeral directors took to the skies in a daring zipwire challenge to raise money for charity.
Four Malone and Fox Funeral Directors soared 30m off the ground as they made the 380m journey across the River Clyde in support of the Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS). The Rossendale Road-based workers raised £2,757 - smashing their initial target of £1,000 - while being cheered on by family, friends and colleagues.
“Taking the leap was a bit scary,” said Director Martin Brown. But we managed to put any fear aside for such a worthy cause.
