BJP Kisan Morcha District Vice President Vikul Chaprana was arrested after a video went viral showing him threatening a young man in front of police officers, invoking the name of Energy State Minister Dr Somendra Tomar, and forcing him to apologise by rubbing his nose on the road.

The incident reportedly took place on October 19 at Tez Garhi Chowraha in the Medical police station area. It began as a minor parking dispute between Chaprana and two youths whose car was parked near the Energy State Minister's office.
