COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - A cold front moved through late Tuesday and is in the process of reinforcing some of the cooler air again. It will be dry through Saturday. Our next rain chance moves in Sunday afternoon or evening.

Watch out for patchy dense fog early Wednesday. Temperatures will range from the upper 40s to mid 50s. It will be sunny, beautiful and a bit breezy during the afternoon. Highs between 73 and 77 degrees, so not as warm as yesterday.

Clear and cooler Wednesday night with temperatures falling into the 60s after sunset. It will be chilly overnight with lows early Thursday in the low to mid 40s area-wide.

Mostly sunny and mild Thursday afternoon with highs in the upper 70s. We’ll be pushing 80 degrees Friday after starting off again in the 40s so keep in mind the late night
