Letter: Do this and the government will open in 24 hours

To the editor,

One way to open the government would be to require all members of Congress to sit in their chamber chairs and watch 24/7 the advertisements Congress so graciously has given to the American public when they required insurance companies to have open enrollment for health insurance from October to December every year.

I can guarantee that after about 12 hours of those commercials non-stop, Congress will be ready to work together to do anything!

Thanks again, Congress, for open enrollment.
