Dover Police are investigating an apparent drive by shooting Monday night, October 20, 2025, that injured four people.

Officers responded to the 100 block of Mifflin Road just before 8 p.m.

Four men, aged 18 to 23, were hit by gunfire from a passing vehicle.

They were taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus for treatment, but there's been no update on their conditions.
