BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — A BIG HALLOWEEN WEEKEND is coming up for both kids and dogs: The Brooklyn Heights Association will be hosting its annual Halloween Parade for the younger set and their families on Sunday at 11a.m. Attendees should gather at the entrance to the Promenade on Clark Street and parade south to the cul-de-sac on Remsen Street.

Following the parade, head to Montague Street for the Montague Diner Halloween Spooktacular, which brings back the adorable Dog Costume Contest and other activities for the final Montague Open Streets event of the season. To enter your dog in the costume contest, stop by Montague Diner a little before 12 p.m.

Other happenings on Sunday’s car-free Montague Street will include Gotham FC Fanzone, adoptable dogs from Waldo’s Rescue Pen, live wood carving
