The jury in the federal corruption trial of former deputy state budget director Konstantinos “Kosta” Diamantis has found him guilty on all charges he faces.
He has been found guilty of two counts of extortion, two counts of bribery, four counts of conspiracy and several counts of making a false statement.

The jury reached a verdict at 10:38 a.m. and the jury has been dismissed.
As Judge Stefan Underhill discussed terms of Diamantis' release, the prosecution has a question about his efforts to obtain a Greek citizenship.
Diamantis said he started the process in March, obtained Greek citizenship and has a Greek passport, which he needed for legal reasons while getting property his father owned in Greece.
