York County residents have just weeks to comment on bridge projects that won’t start for two years

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation ’s 2027 construction season includes at least two bridge projects in York County.

People who want to comment on those plans, however, have to do it this fall.

The first project is the Bull Road bridge replacement over the Little Conewago Creek on the boundary of Conewago, Dover, Manchester and West Manchester townships.

The second one is the Baltimore Pike bridge replacement over a tributary to the North Branch of Bermudian Creek in Washington Twp.

PennDOT is offering an opportunity for the public to comment or ask questions on both projects through Nov. 20, 2025.
