EXCLUSIVE: The games unit of horror specialist Blumhouse is working with Asgard Books on a graphic novel version of video game Fear the Spotlight .

Patricia Villeto ( Sonic Prime ) is writing the adaptation, with the novel debuting on Kickstarter early 2026. Claudia Leonardi, whose visuals featured on Life is Strange , is illustrating.

The story follows two girls, Vivian Singh and Amy Tanaka, who are pitted against a dark force as they travel back in time to uncover a deadly mystery at a local farm where teenagers have been killed.
