BRAINERD — The intersection of Business Highway 371/South 6th and Willow streets will remain closed while construction finishes up and all safety appurtenances can be installed. After installation, the intersection will re-open to public traffic.

The anticipated date of opening at this time is Friday, Oct. 31, but may be sooner depending on the date of completion. Drivers are asked to continue using the signed detour routes until the intersection is re-opened.

The intersection of Oak and Beech streets remains closed to through traffic while construction continues. The intersection will be inaccessible on Thursday, Oct. 23, to continue work in the area. Through traffic should continue using the signed detour on highways 25 and 210 and County Road 45/13th Street. Local access traffic shoul
