Chattanooga Community Development has provided a list of safe spaces for families to trick or treat this year around the city.

Community centers across the city are hosting "fun and free" festivities this Halloween season.

The Midtown Connect Fall Festival will be Saturday, October 25 from 5:00 until 8:00pm. Kids can trick or treat and join in other fall activities.

It will feature food trucks, a kid zone and a vender expo. This event is located at 5704 Marlin Road in Chattanooga.

Boo Out for Halloween will be hosted by the Jessie Igou (Eastdale) Community Center on Friday, October 31. It will last from 4:30 to 6:30pm.

Kids and teens can participate in a costume party. The event will also feature games and prizes.
