If you thought you heard thunder and sprinkles of rain hitting the roof overnight, you weren’t dreaming.
Light showers and isolated rumbles of thunder moved through Phoenix early on Wednesday, Oct. 22. An upper-level low-pressure system is moving through the region, sending moisture and windy conditions to south-central Arizona.
Most areas saw trace amounts of rainfall, less than a tenth of an inch, before the showers tapered off by midmorning.
