A raging motorist has been banned after stopping to shout at another driver on the M40.

Traffic was flowing on lane three northbound in February when the driver of a Volkswagen Amarok pick-up truck undertook another vehicle.

Christopher Collard, 38, from Kent, then suddenly hit the brakes and stopped dead on the overtaking lane, coming just inches from a crash on the busy motorway near junction 15.

He then stepped out of his car and approached the vehicle behind. Collard’s dangerous move and the subsequent shouting were captured on a dashcam.

He can be heard yelling ‘what are you doing’ while the other male driver tries to tell him to ‘get back in the car and drive’
