SCHENECTADY — With a 4-0-1 record, the Union men’s college hockey team is off to its best since Josh Hauge took over as head coach in April 2022.
The Garnet Chargers’ offense is firing on all cylinders. They are averaging 46.6 shots on goal per game. They have had over 40 shots on goal in four straight games, including a season-high 55 in Saturday’s game against Niagara. Union has scored 20 goals, an average of 4.0 per game. It has scored five or more goals in three of its last four games. The Garnet Chargers scored a season-high in their 6-0 win Saturday.
