KCPD looking for parent/guardian of 5-year-old found in the 1300 block of 89th Street

Police in Kansas City, Missouri, are asking for the public's help in locating the parent/guardian of a 5-year-old child found Wednesday evening.

A police spokesperson said the child was located in the 1300 block of East 89th Street just after 6 p.m.
