New Delhi: In a combined operation from the Delhi Police Crime Branch and Bihar Police, four most-wanted gangsters were killed in a late-night encounter near the Rohini area in Delhi around 2:20 am late on Thursday, October 23.

All four gangsters were involved in several criminal cases in Bihar, and the gang was known as ‘Sigma & Company.’ In the operation, their gang leader, Ranjan Pathak, was also killed.

The clash took place around 2:20 am on the Bahadur Shah Marg, between Dr Ambedkar Chowk and Pansali Chowk in Rohini, following Delhi Police receiving inputs of their movements to catch the suspects.

Suspects:

1. Ranjan Pathak S/o Manoj Pathak R/o Vill. Malhai, PS Sursand, Distt. Sitamarhi, Bihar, Age- 25 Years

2. Bimlesh Mahto @ Bimlesh Sahni S/o Sukhla Devi R/o Ratanpur, PS Bajpa
