DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A chill is in the air across Central Illinois.
Some hometowns woke up to frost Thursday morning as many lows dropped into the 30s.
Despite sunny skies today, it'll still be breezy and chilly with highs around 60°.
An even colder night is ahead. When we wake up Friday morning, some will have lows in the upper-20s with a light freeze. The rest of us will be near the freezing mark and frost is likely.
If you didn't bring your plants in last night, you definitely need to today!
Highs will stay in the 60s over the next few days with overnight lows moderating into the 40s.
