PHOENIX – Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is dealing with a potentially sticky situation: a cooling system outage.

The Terminal 4 air conditioning went out Wednesday and still wasn’t operating as of Thursday morning, airport officials said.

Temporary cooling units were brought in while crews worked to restore the AC.

The cooling system outage isn’t affecting flight operations.

American Airlines and Southwest Airlines are among the major carriers that fly out of Terminal 4.

No other details were immediately available.
