SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and the head coach of the Portland Trail Blazers , Chauncey Billups, have been arrested in connection with a sports betting investigation, law enforcement officials tell CNN Sports .

A third former NBA player, Damon Jones, is also being charged in the investigation, the officials say. He has since retired, but was with the Sacramento Kings for one season in 2002 and played for other teams, including the Heat, Cavaliers and Bucks.

Jones was part of the coaching staff for the Cavaliers when they played against the Golden State Warriors in 2016 for the NBA finals. The Warriors won that final game 110-77.

CNN Sports has reached out to Rozier’s lawyer, the Heat, the Trail Blazers and the NBA for comment.
