OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - An Oshkosh man accused of kicking his dog is now bound over for trial, according to online court records.

Records show Travis Gant appeared in Winnebago County Court on Thursday for his preliminary hearing. He requested his bond be modified to either a signature bond or a lower cash bond, and a judge denied that request.

The court found probable cause for the case and bound Gant over for trial. His arraignment is scheduled for November 17 at 9 a.m.

Gant is charged with five counts, including Felony Bail Jumping, Felony Intimidation of a Victim, Felony Intimidation of a Victim, Domestic Abuse Assessments, Mistreating Animals, and Disorderly Conduct.
