More than 4,000 cases of Coca-Cola products have been recalled over concerns of possible metal contamination in the cans. According to data from the Food and Drug Administration, the recall involves packages of Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, and Sprite that were available in Texas.

The recall was issued on Oct. 3 by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC; however, the FDA did not issue a press release regarding the recall. The Class II recall was necessary due to “potential presence of foreign material (metal) in the product,” according to the FDA.
