Newly released police body camera footage shows the moments leading up to the arrest of Morristown Councilwoman Toshiba Foster, who was charged with driving under the influence earlier this month after police said her blood alcohol level measured more than twice the legal limit.

The video which appeared on a YouTube channel called Transparency Bodycam was posted Oct. 22 showing the Sept. 6 traffic stop. The YouTube channel has 156,000 subscribers.

Around 10:32 p.m., Officers Vincent Fischer and Kevin Pisano were stopped at a red light at Route 46 East and Route 53 South when they ran a random plate check on a white 2021 Acura, according to the police video. The vehicle came back as unregistered, prompting the officers to pull the driver over on Route 53 just south of the Route 80 overpas
