City officials released surveillance videos of the El Paso Sun Metro bus explosion and fire that resulted in the deaths of two employees and injured several others.

The videos were released on Wednesday, Oct. 22, as part of an open records request. The video shows a Sun Metro bus falling from a hydraulic lift about 1 p.m. on Feb. 11 at a maintenance garage at the Sun Metro Operations Center, 10151 Montana Ave., near Wedgewood Drive in East El Paso.

The videos show a massive explosion with employees running away from large plumes of smoke and fire.
