KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The grill with the low scores serves a wide variety of pizzas, subs, and sandwiches. The inspector marked off half a dozen critical violations.

To begin with, the inspector wrote that in the cooler, he found a container of "slimy, browning baby spinach" with an expired date mark. It was ordered to be thrown away. He also found a container of expired ranch dressing. It too was thrown away to prevent the possibility of customers getting sick.
