SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — With Halloween on the horizon, San Angelo has seen a spike in spooky season events, and Lake View High School is no exception. Join Teens of the Concho Valley as they share what's happening on campus.

The fifth annual Howl-Loween Pet Parade is set to take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 25 at El Paseo de Santa Angela, located at 34 W. Ave. D. Attendees will be able to enjoy live music, eat from food trucks, shop from local vendors and compete in a costume contest while having opportunities to learn more about pet-friendly services in the area.
