PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people who died during an incident at a 7-Eleven store in Vancouver on Friday have been identified.
On October 17, the Clark County Sheriff's Office initially reported an apparent murder-suicide that happened at the convenience store in Hazel Dell after responding deputies found two people with gunshot wounds. Both individuals were taken to the hospital, where they were declared dead.
On Thursday, the Clark County Medical Examiner's Office released information in the case, naming the two deceased people involved.
Pardeep Kumar, 37, of Vancouver, died from a gunshot wound to the head and was shot by another person in a homicide, the medical examiner said.
Ryan Taylor, 26, of Vancouver, also died from a gunshot wound to the head by suicide after using a handgu
