An at-risk 11-year-old boy was reported missing after being last seen Thursday in Lancaster.

Finest Damond Stevens was last seen around noon Thursday in the 2500 block of Avenue I, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Finest was described as a 5-foot-2-inch-tall Hispanic boy weighing 80 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a True Religion hoodie, a royal blue thermal with gray sleeves, gray True Religion sweatpants, and blue and white shoes.

Finest is believed to be in Las Vegas, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
