WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - Wichita Thunder head coach Bruce Ramsay is in the midst of his seventh year in Wichita after signing an extension in the offseason.
"It's a great city, great arena, and a great organization to work for, so I'm always happy to be back in Wichita," he told KSN's Asia Cymone Smith.
A decision to return fueled by the potential for the program and passion for its players.
"I was excited to build on what we did last year and obviously try to do better in the playoffs and improve but in the seven years we've been in the ECHL ther is a lot of turnover and a lot of opportunity for guys but we had a great nucleus come back this year and it's going to make our team very cohesive and I'm excited about the new additions that we have," Bruce Ramsay, who is entering his seventh
