This is the chilling moment when Brenda Heslop discovers she has killed her neighbour. Heslop had stabbed John Hardy in the chest to "teach him a lesson" over an unpaid £60 debt.

However, until police arrived at her home to arrest her, she was unaware that he had died as he walked away from the scene. When informed she was being arrested for murder, she responded: "Ah he's never died, has he?".
