JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Four counties in the Ozarks are among 20 in Missouri to receive FEMA funds for recovery from March 30 through April 8 storms, tornadoes and flooding.

Individuals in Howell, Ozark, Shannon and Vernon counties may seek federal assistance for qualifying disaster-related expenses, which include housing repairs, temporary housing, rental assistance, medical and funeral costs not covered by insurance or other aid programs, and replacement of damaged belongings and vehicles.
