Cool and showery weather is in the forecast for Northern California this weekend, with the wettest conditions expected above the 4,000-foot elevation mark.
Friday will be dry and sunny for the region with seasonably mild temperatures and an increasing south breeze.

Valley
The Valley will have plenty of dry time Saturday and Sunday but not much sunshine. High temperatures will stay in the 60s both days. Morning lows will be in the low 50s. There will be a southerly breeze Saturday with gusts of up to 30 mph.
Showers will be somewhat few and far between throughout the weekend. Rain totals will be minimal: between a trace of rain to .10 inches. Generally, higher amounts will be seen farther north.
