Authorities in York County are looking for a couple and their 2-month-old boy who was born in secret and has not received any known medical care, according to police.

Children Youth and Families got a tip that Elizabeth Brown gave birth in secret in York County to avoid authorities in Florida.

No details were provided about Brown’s prior involvement with Florida authorities.

Police said the father of the child is StevieRay Fowler, 34, who has prior addresses in Georgia.

Social service workers obtained evidence at a home where the couple had been staying, including a photo of the baby that the parents told authorities doesn’t exist, according to police.
