SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Springfield Police are looking for your help in locating a missing man.

They said that 62-year-old Ismael Toledo was last seen leaving his Fresno Street home, in the area of Page Boulevard and St. James Boulevard, on Thursday.

Investigators noted that Toledo has dementia and may need his medication.
