EAST RUTHERFORD - The New York Giants , head coach Brian Daboll and rookie running back Cam Skattebo were all fined by the NFL for violating the concussion protocol with regard to quarterback Jaxson Dart during their Oct. 9 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles .

The Giants received a $200,000 fine, Daboll $100,000 and Skattebo $15,000 for their roles after a review was conducted jointly with the NFL Players Association to investigate whether the Giants and Daboll correctly adhered to the concussion protocol involving the evaluation and eventual clearance of Dart to return to the game.
