OMAHA, Neb. —

A former Omaha Public Schools employee will serve time in jail for three misdemeanor charges .

Juan Oropeza-Perez was sentenced to 30 days in jail for intruding on a person without consent. He also received 24 months probation and received credit for two days served.

Oropeza-Perez was arrested in April after being accused of sharing explicit content of a woman online. An affidavit alleged the victim told police her photos were found on social media sites. Investigators said the victim did not give Oropeza-Perez permission to post the content online.

After his arrest, Omaha Central High School told KETV that a school employee was placed on administrative leave. OPS previously told KETV that Oropeza-Perez is no longer employed by the district.
