BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A fraternity at Indiana University has been issued a cease and desist order after hazing incidents resulted in at least three people "requiring medical attention."
According to the Indiana University Police Department, Alpha Epsilon Pi has been barred from hosting or participating in social events as a series of hazing incidents is investigated.
IUPD said the first hazing incident occurred on Sept. 20, before the next incident occurred the following month on Oct. 10. The third and final incident occurred two days later at Alpha Epsilon Pi, according to IUPD. The fraternity is located at 1412 N. David Baker Avenue in Bloomington.
