NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - South Nashville neighbors are on high alert after a convicted sex offender was arrested after being spotted at a popular park.
Louis Shainberg is accused of coming to Fair Park Dog Park on multiple occasions.

“You think you’re safe, but you just don’t know who’s out here,” Colette Brasseur, who lives in the area, explained. I definitely will be letting the other women know who come out here be careful, watch your surroundings.”
Shainberg was reported to the TBI by a parkgoer, following conversations described as being odd and after learning of his background, according to court documents.
