COLUMBIA, S.C. - A pink ribbon pinned on 46-year-old Travis Douglas’ blazer represents his victory over breast cancer.
Douglas said a year and nine months ago his life was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with breast cancer.
“It did hit me like a ton of bricks, but I was like you know what I’ll make it through,” Douglas said.
In December 2023, Travis felt a strange lump in his breast and decided to get it checked but didn’t think it would be serious.
