WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — The Williston Public Works Department will begin sweeping streets south of 26th St. and east of Hwy 2 next week, and is asking residents not to park in those areas when they're being swept.

Sweeping will begin at 8 a.m. every morning, weather permitting.

The schedule is as follows: • Monday: Avenues • Tuesday: Streets • Wednesday: Avenues • Thursday: Streets • Friday: Avenues

Public Works is asking people not to park on the streets and avenues in the area on the days they are being swept. All trailers, boats, and campers found parked on the street could receive citations.
