WASHINGTON — The jackpot has climbed to an estimated $714 million for Tuesday's drawing after no ticket matched all six winning numbers in Friday's game.

Friday's drawing failed to produce a jackpot winner. However, one ticket sold in Connecticut won $2 million after matching all five white balls.

This marked the without a jackpot winner since the last big win of $348 million in Virginia on June 27. The growing prize now ranks as the ninth largest in Mega Millions history since the game launched in 2002.

Tuesday's jackpot will also offer a cash option of $334.1 million.
