NORMANGEE, Texas (KBTX) - Normangee remains winless in district after falling to Corrigan-Camden, 26-6, on Friday.
Why did Corrigan-Camden win? The Bulldogs were able to generate more explosive plays offensively. While the Normangee offense slowly moved the ball down the field at times, Corrigan-Camden was able to hit numerous big plays. These helped negate the otherwise tough situations for the Bulldogs,
Standout performance? Junior running back Derrick Reagie was the main offensive weapon for Corrigan-Camden. He scored the first touchdown of the game and helped pace the Bulldogs’ attack.
What’s next? Normangee hosts Centerville in its final home next Friday, Oct. 31.
