A traffic camera picture shows lorries clogging up the roads to the Port of Dover as drivers face delays.
HGVs are queuing on the A20 coastbound between Old Folkestone Road at the Western Heights roundabout and A2 Jubilee Way at the Eastern Docks roundabout.
According to the traffic monitoring site Inrix, drivers are also facing delays in Dover TAP on the A20 - a traffic system designed to manage the flow of freight vehicles into the port.
It comes as the Port of Dover confirms ongoing delays at the docks, where it is currently taking 50 minutes for passengers to go through the boarding process.
