BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - After several days of significant rainfall for much of the state this past week, we will likely trend on the cloudier side this weekend with a few light rain chances before greater and more significant rain looks likely to enter Maine later this coming work week.
This morning is progressing forward with differing conditions across Maine. A few showers and plenty of clouds linger in Washington County as of 9am, which will exit a little later this morning. As of 9am, breaks in clouds vary from Presque Isle all the way down to Bangor and the Midcoast. A few more clouds will linger through Western and Southern spots. Some sunshine is expected through midday in spots, before clouds take over this afternoon. Only a few coastal Downeast spots will hang on to the sun past 1
