BIRMINGHAM — Simple and utter domination is what Alabama State football put on display at the 84th Magic City Classic .
The Hornets (5-2, 3-1 SWAC) defeated its historic rival Alabama A&M (4-4, 1-3) 56-13 in front of a crowded Legion Field on Saturday, Oct. 25. Alabama State coach Eddie Robinson Jr. remains undefeated in the Magic City Classic, grabbing its fourth consecutive win in the Classic.
After the celebration and cigar smoke clears, Alabama State will turn its attention to Prairie View A&M in Week 10, looking to keep pace in the race of the SWAC East.
