South Carolina health officials are reporting three more measles cases.
That brings the total number of cases across the state to 25.
All confirmed cases have been unvaccinated people. Twenty-two of the cases are in Spartanburg County.
In response to the outbreak, health officials are offering free MMR vaccinations via a mobile health unit.
