Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, seeking a date from him for the inauguration of the first phase of the Noida International Airport, Jewar, in the third week of November, officials said.
He shared detailed information on the work done so far and how airport operations can begin with the completion of the first phase of the airport, a senior official said.
Adityanath also discussed with the PM other issues, including Modi’s likely visit to Ayodhya on November 25 to attend the installation and unfurling ceremony of ‘Dharam Dhwaj’ (religious flag) atop the Ram Temple.
