In this week’s Pause for Pets, we are showcasing a dog named Ollie.
At the city’s Animal Services shelter, this pitbull-boxer mix has earned a reputation as a Canine Comfort Coordinator, working out of the Couch Occupancy & Treat Evaluation department.
At age 11, he knows a thing or two about life. And he knows, as fine as it is to hang out with other animals hoping for homes, a permanent upgrade would be a dream come true.
Grateful for his temporary digs, this senior is ready to retire from the shelter system and live out his golden years with some good company in a cozy, loving forever home.
What can we say about this fella?
At age 11, he’s wise. He’s also low-key, lovable and loving.
